GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. GENERAL

    1. Please note that by participating in any corporatefutbol.com leagues, competitions and events all players agree to terms and conditions, privacy policy and league rules and regulations.
    2. It is the responsibility of the captain to be the main point of contact for the team and to en-sure that players are aware of the rules.
  2. REGISTRATION/TEAM SQUADS

    1. All players must be registered. You can register new players to your team at any point dur-ing the season. New players should be added to your team registration list via email to us.
    2. The number of players that can be registered for a season is 22.
  3. USE OF ‘EXTERNAL’ /NON-CORPORATE PLAYERS

    1. Teams are permitted to register up to 2 external players that aren't part of the company/corporation.
    2. Teams have 24 hours to appeal in case they believe the line-up of the opponent team was not in line with the rules.
    3. Organizers of the competition may apply 0-6 forfeit to the team who is not line with the rules above.
  4. CLOTHING/FOOTWEAR

    1. All players must wear clothing suitable for playing sport.
    2. Teams have 24 hours to appeal in case they believe the line-up of the opponent team was not in line with the rules.
    3. Organizers of the competition may apply 0-6 forfeit to the team who is not line with the rules above.
  5. ABSENCES/ FIXTURE CANCELLATIONS

    1. Teams absent for a fixture will lose the game 0-6. Referees may wait up to 10' before de-claring 0-6.
    2. Teams absent for 3 games in a season may be removed from the league.
    3. Captains are expected to respect their opponents and to inform us immediately in case of absence. The opposing team will be informed immediately and the pitch will remain available to them for a practice or friendly.
    4. In the case above we may help by finding a team opponent for a friendly if requested.
  6. REQUESTS TO CHANGE THE FIXTURES

    1. Fixtures are published weeks before the kick-off. Our organization will not accept any request to change fixtures by any team, unless in exceptional situations.
  7. LEAVING A LEAGUE

    1. Teams can only leave at the end of a season. No refund of any leagues fees or deposit will be given if a team withdraws part way through a season.
    2. Teams need to confirm their place for the next season by registering online and paying league fees by the deadline which will be stated in the renewal email sent by the league manager.
